After successful growth in our Cloud Services offerings, Microbyte have invested the time, energy and capital into becoming Microsoft Gold Partners.
What does this mean for our customers?
Not only does the stringent accolade prove that we can put our money where our mouth is when it comes to technical expertise with Microsoft products, it also means we get a direct-line to Microsoft’s top professionals for advisory hours on those bespoke business solutions that need a little more consultancy.
Does this mean Microbyte know how to “Office 365”?
Of course! The truth is, we already did. To qualify for the Gold Partnership, Microbyte must have at least 2,000 Office 365 seats and two qualified MCSAs (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) within the organisation – our superman Project Manager, Marcus and our second-rate Chief Ops Coordinator, little old me… I had to prove to the team I still knew how to box.
With Cloud Services developing more and more, we are looking forward to working with our customers to implement new productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint integrated with 365 Groups. Also, as the demand for personalised desktops and less capital expenditure increases, Azure is becoming more and more popular and we already have lots of services running in the pioneering platform, including phone systems and domain controllers.
